KUALA TERENGGANU: A travel agency is under investigation by the Terengganu police for allegedly failing to control a haj package.
State Industrial Criminal offense Investigation Division chief Supt M Zambri Mahmud stated police gained a report on the circumstance on July 7 from somebody who claimed to have been cheated by the company.
“An investigation paper has been opened under Area 420 of the Penal Code for dishonest,” he explained in a assertion Monday (July 11).

According to him, an original investigation located that the 62-12 months-old retiree created the first payment of RM3,000 on June 2.
“The complete payment of RM35,000 was produced into a lender account belonging to the vacation agency, bringing the overall (used) to RM38,000,” he claimed.
