PAXTON — Area senior citizens are invited to join Bob and Nancy Wilby on a Wednesday, Aug. 25, bus trip to Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and boat trip to the Isles of Shoals.

The group will leave from the Paxton Senior Center, 19 West St., at 8 a.m. and travel to the Portsmouth/Kittery area, where there will be a fine lunch, as usual, at Warren’s Lobster House.

Luncheon choices are seafood casserole, fresh baby shrimp, Ritzy filet of haddock, crab crusted salmon, top sirloin steak or chicken Parmesan.

The Isle of Shoals vessel is 90 feet long and holds more than 300 guests for the narrated history tour of Portsmouth Harbor, The Isles of Shoals and the Maine/New Hampshire coastline. What better way to spend a summer day than enjoying the coastal waters of New Hampshire?

The cost is $97 per person and includes the bus trip, lunch and the boat trip out to the Isles of Shoals.

Reservations, payment and luncheon choice are due to Bob Wilby, 11 Tanglewood Road, Paxton, MA 01612 by Aug. 7, 2021. Checks should be made payable to Wilson Bus Lines.

Face masks on the bus are optional, and participants are encouraged to bring a mask along on the trip.

Hope to see you on Aug. 25.
