New adventure race coming to NWA in 2023

BENTONVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Some of the world’s most effective journey racing teams will be in Northwest Arkansas from April 3-8, 2023 for a new race on the Adventure Racing Entire world Series (ARWS) calendar of Environment Championship qualifiers, organizers declared on June 16.

The Expedition Ozark race will be a new race on the AWRS Entire world Circuit and just one of just 4 held in North America, according to a push launch. ARWS situations feature combined-gender, 4-person teams who hike, bike, paddle, climb and run courses across hundreds of miles about five times.

Each and every year culminates with the ARWS Earth Championships which will be held in South Africa in 2023.

Ozark Outdoor Basis is a nonprofit corporation that supports outdoor recreation situations in the location such as the 2022 UCI Walmart Cyclo-Cross Planet Championship, the Moosejaw US Pro Cup and the Walmart Joe Martin Phase Race, amid many others.
